I am with Alan on this.
Cables comming out of the floor, with a little protective structure around the bottom to prevent the "general public" from bumping into it and then suing everyone for their stupidity. I leave it up to the audience to apportion the stupidity.
(interesting to know what the lone yellow one does!)
