• The average executive hires incorrectly 2/3 of the time.
• What you have to do and the way you have to do it is incredibly simple. Whether you are willing to do it , is another matter.
• Wherever you see a successful business, someone made a courageous decision.
• Every success creates new opportunities, and so does every failure.
• Communication is what the listener does.

I love this guy. Read a few of his books, and-for some- it is frighteningly simple his mind thought, but brilliant.

And you are right, it is amazing how many things trace back to this individual, whether you realized it or not!
